2、?有意向的合格投標人可從招標中心得到進一步的信息和查閱招標文件。
3、?有意向的投標人可從2005年2月16日起每天（節假日除外）上午9:00至11:30，下午14:00至17:00（北京時間）在招標中心購買招標文件，本招標文件每套售價60美元或500人民幣，售后不退（郵購須另加郵費國內50元人民幣或國外50美元）。
4、?所有投標書應于2005年3月8日10:00時（北京時間）之前遞交到招標中心。
5、?定于2005年3月8日10:00時（北京時間），在招標中心會議室公開開標。屆時請參加投標的代表出席開標儀式。
